quad-interactive-toy

Are you looking for a toy for your child that is extraordinary and educational? Sierra Club Green Home has taken a shine to Quad, a new interactive toy designed by Endrit Hajno for Fisher-Price Friends. Not only does Quad have cool, human-like features, this toy also teaches kids about renewable energy.

Quad works is powered by wind and solar energy, and comes to life only by using these natural elements. Kids are responsible for keeping Quad “alive,” and they see how renewable energy works as they play.

Quad has neat suction cups on its hands and feet which allow for it to be attached to a window where it can take in sun and wind energy. Its screen provides a “life score” with statistics on life level, wind points, solar points, and information about its health condition overall. Quad is also equipped with Bluetooth technology, so kids can compete in sustaining their Quad the best. As the toy evolves, it advances through the game levels.

Quad is still in its concept stage, but Sierra Club Green Home hopes Fisher-Price Friends boost its sustainability level by releasing this renewable energy bot soon!
